Helix CMS was appointed to deliver the full re-fit and refurbishment of the Hull City Chairman’s Lounge at the MKM Stadium. A premium hospitality space reserved for senior leadership and VIP guests. The project required a high-quality finish, seamless coordination, and a meticulous approach to design and installation.

Working in close collaboration with local delivery partners, we transformed the suite into a modern, elevated environment that reflects the club’s identity and enhances the matchday experience.

Using our expertise, we delivered a full strip-out and refurbishment of the Chairman’s Suite. Including installation of new high-spec flooring and premium finishes, bespoke fixtures and fittings to elevate the space and integrated feature lighting and spotlights to create atmosphere and depth. We also updated seating to reflect the club’s brand and improve comfort. Working in close collaboration with the stadium operations and hospitality teams.

The refurbished Chairman’s Lounge now stands as a modern hospitality space that reflects Hull City’s ambition and identity. The integration of feature lighting, premium seating, and high-quality finishes creates a warm yet impressive setting for VIP guests on matchdays and event days alike.
