The modern pro shop was built within a brand new extension space on the ground floor to provide golfers with a purpose-designed retail space with panoramic curtain walling directly linked to the course.

Helix designed a cost-effective steel frame solution that was structurally independent of the existing building, enabling work to proceed without interfering with existing foundations or operations - ensuring key programme milestones were met while maintaining the Club’s high service standards throughout the construction period.
