Design and refurbishment of the existing pro-shop, extending and modernising the retail space, integrated with changing facilities. To create a refreshed commercial space that elevates the member and visitor experience.

The modern pro shop was built within a brand new extension space on the ground floor to provide golfers with a purpose-designed retail space with panoramic curtain walling directly linked to the course.

Helix designed a cost-effective steel frame solution that was structurally independent of the existing building, enabling work to proceed without interfering with existing foundations or operations - ensuring key programme milestones were met while maintaining the Club’s high service standards throughout the construction period.

The extension and refurbishment works significantly enhance the functionality, appeal, and commercial potential of Cottingham Parks Golf & Leisure Club’s Pro Shop.
