Refurbish hospital and staff offices into treatment rooms with a main circulation area, glazed partition treatment bays and a full suite of staff facilities for the new Acute Assessment Ward within the Queens Centre at Castle Hill Hospital.

The project involved taking existing rooms and refurbishing, as well as building brand new treatment rooms around a main circulation area

Main circulation area to provide an open plan room into 6 bay treatment rooms with full length glass sliding doors and glass wall panels.
New doors fitted throughout the ward.
Refurbished storerooms, utility and office rooms with new furniture and decoration.
Installation of new IPS handwash units throughout the ward.
Full new kitchen installation.
Full new clean store/dispensary for medical drug storage with furniture, cupboards, shelving and cabinets.
Refurbished treatment rooms with bead head trucking, IPS handwash units, full en-suite facilities and decorated throughout with new blinds.
Medigas installation throughout the ward.
A state-of-the-art digital nurse system installed to run via wi-fi to increase patient safety and nurse efficiency.
Full new flooring, ceilings and decoration throughout the ward and Helix CMS finished off by boxing all pipework with Kydex.
