  • Enabling 146,000 additional diagnostic appointments per year, improving early diagnosis, relieving pressure on local hospitals, and providing faster, more convenient care for residents across Scunthorpe and beyond

  • Designed and delivered to achieve BREEAM Excellent using sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems including PV panels and high thermal mass concrete slabs

  • Complete external works including full steel frame construction on CFA piles with ground beams and slabs, glazing, façade cladding, curtain walling, and drainage

  • Full internal fast-track fit out over two floors, installing specialist medical equipment and environments including lead-lined walls, RF cages and negative air pressure cubicles
