About

  • Location: Scunthorpe

Client: Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust

    Value: £19 million

  • The brief was ambitious: construct a high-performing, BREEAM Excellent-rated facility in a landlocked city-centre location, with a tight programme, complex clinical integration, and zero disruption to surrounding infrastructure. All while providing real, measurable value to both the NHS and local community.

  • In response to the NHS’s national rollout of Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs), Helix CMS was appointed to deliver a landmark two-storey, 2,000sqm facility.
