To build a new COVID-19 fast-track isolation and assessment ward specially for COVID-19 patients.

Delivered live throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, against a set of moving client requirements. The hospital was reacting to the pandemic as it happened, principally the need to isolate and segregate patients.

As experts in agile and flexible mobilisation, we successfully managed infection control, and social distancing protocols in real-time as the pandemic was unfolding.
