• M&E isolations, disconnections and enabling works

• Soft strip out, removing old furniture and disposal

• Joinery works including new kitchen, alterations to fire doors and skirting boards

• Flooring installation and all painting and decorating finishes

• Plumping works including new showers, taps and kitchen sinks
