Transform an existing office room into a premium VIP experience lounge. Delivering a high-impact space designed to elevate guest experience through bespoke finishes, immersive lighting and controlled ambience.

The project demanded a meticulous fit-out approach, integrating specialist feature elements while ensuring full compliance with fire safety requirements and seamless connection to the building’s existing electrical systems.

A full strip-out of the existing finishes, removing the ceiling, flooring and décor to create a clean base for transformation. The space was rebuilt with a focus on atmosphere, comfort and durability. Installing new finishes, bespoke joinery, and layered lighting to create a distinctive VIP environment.

A key feature of the scheme was the installation of a black suspended ceiling with starlight fibre optic lighting, supported by additional feature lighting and spotlights to create depth and visual impact. We also delivered a bespoke bar installation with integrated feature lighting, turning the room into a hospitality-led space that feels premium, modern and purpose-built.

To enhance the viewing experience, structural works were completed to introduce a new glazed door and side window, improving visibility and connection to surrounding areas. New electrics and lighting were tied into the existing system, allowing the client to control mood and ambience with ease.

Firestopping works were completed throughout to ensure the space met the necessary compliance standards.
