Deliver the structural remodelling and refurbishment of existing changing rooms at Hull City’s Training Ground at MKM Stadium. Transforming them into modern player and staff changing facilities fit for a high-performance sporting environment.

The brief focused on functionality, durability and comfort. Creating spaces that support daily training routines while reflecting the professional standards expected at elite-level sport.

We undertook a comprehensive internal reconfiguration of the existing changing rooms, introducing new layouts, upgraded services and robust finishes tailored to intensive use.

The works included the construction of new internal walls, installation of bespoke seating and player storage, and a full upgrade to flooring, showers and plumbing systems. New heating infrastructure was installed alongside updated lighting and electrical works to improve comfort, efficiency and usability.

To complete the transformation, the facilities were finished with team-coloured IPS systems, incorporating wash hand basins and toilet cubicles, alongside full redecoration. Delivering a cohesive, professional environment aligned with the club’s identity.
